What a ceramic coating does

A ceramic coating is a liquid that is applied by hand to your paint and bonds with the clear coat. As it cures, it hardens into a thin, clear protective layer.

That layer sits on top of your paint and takes the abuse that would otherwise hit the clear coat. Wax and sealants wear off in weeks or months. A ceramic coating lasts for years.

Water beads and sheets offThe surface repels water, so rain and rinse water roll off and carry dirt with them.

Much easier washingDirt, brake dust and road film don't stick as hard, so washes are faster and gentler on the paint.

What a coating won't do

It isn't scratch-proof. It resists light wash marring, but keys, rock chips and automatic car-wash brushes can still damage paint.
It doesn't fix existing defects. The coating locks in whatever is underneath, which is why every coating starts with paint correction.
It still needs washing. Regular, safe washes keep it performing. An exterior maintenance plan makes that easy.

Every coating includes a 1-step paint correction, so the finish you lock in is the best your paint can look.

Deeper swirls or scratches? Upgrade the prep to a 2-step correction for an additional $350 or more, depending on the paint. Isaac will recommend the right level after seeing the vehicle.

Results vary with the paint's condition, hardness and the depth of defects. Correction greatly improves the finish, but not every imperfection can be removed safely without compromising the paint.

Wash & decontaminateHand wash, then clay bar and iron decontamination to strip bonded grime.
